I had to restore my PC then could not reinstall the software because of the serial number not working.
After sending 5 emails to technical support I gave up. They never respond to my emails, I tried from 3 emails separate addresses I have still no response.
Looks like to me there only interesting in tacking your money & not giving any support.
Shame because I was very happy with this program.
